Both federal and states government should extend their support to those individuals working illegally and paying their fair share of taxes, contributing to society and give them the right to work and later grant them path to citizenship. While they are working make them learn some Basic English so that they would be able to live and work freely. I plan to use these criteria to evaluate the alternatives: Efficiency, Effectiveness, Equity, and Political feasibility, Liberty/Freedom, Cost-benefit Analysis and Accountability to the American people. Effectiveness: The effectiveness of the defined policy should be aiming at its goal and objectives. That is whether the program or policy will work it depends on it effectiveness. Equity: The policy effectiveness will bring awareness of equity of mankind despite individual status. Effectiveness: The effectiveness of the defined policy should be aiming at its goals and objectives. Political feasibility: How government officials and other policy actors would accept the proposal by working in the best interest of the American people. This would foresee the future of the policy whether it would be effective or not. Accountability: the accountability of this program would hold individuals and businesses that would violate the law. Liberty or freedom: Individuals wants their freedom and movement. Cost-benefit analysis: Does the benefit outweigh the cost?
