They didn’t have a strong economic background and it was their first business, they faced the financial burden in the beginning. It is obvious that bank charge high interest so they decided to take a loan from friends and family rather than from the bank. When the store was launched in 2013 they had less management skill which resulted for maximum time spend. They found problems to get the appropriate vendors. In search of vendors they contact the friends and family back in Nepal and India. The store starts getting the ethnic item from Kathmandu and New Delhi. But it arrived late here and sometimes the item received were broken due to which store bear loss. The item cost expensive to the seller so does to the buyer. To minimize the cost of the product the store started searching local vendors and contacts the other retailers. They hired experienced employees for this.
