President Barack Obama recently finished his terms as president and now we have a new president in this country. As we begin this new chapter with Trump as president. He has already made some unusual statements about what he wants. He wants seven muslim nations to not travel to the U.S. This is unnecessary because he does not have to make just those certain countries not travel here for no reason. Also trump said if there is anyone in the U.S that is from one of those 7 nations. You could be detained or sent back to the country you came from.
This travel ban has also affected education nationwide, especially those with refugees or immigrants. They are in school and do not need to be affected by something that does not pertain to their well-being. The court panel found that the states had a likelihood of prevailing on their claim that the provisions of the executive order contravened the constitutional guarantee of procedural due process. Trump wants to cancel the visas if you are working in the U.S. Visas are for if you are working in the U.S but you are not from the U.S. Also green cards are not going to be working either. A green card is basically also a visa. A foreign can live and work in the U.S. For a lot of people who come to the U.S as a Musician. They can not come anymore because of the ban, even if they started their career in the U.S. For musicians who live and work in the U.S can not even do their business because of the ban. This ban is affecting a lot of people worldwide. Because people who have legal working visas, green cards, they were scrapped and no longer are valid. The ban situation has put some non-us singers in a difficult position because they produce their songs in the US, and now can not perform here.. Basically this ban is to anyone who is a muslim foreigner, and they either want to travel to the U.S or they were here with working visas, or green cards. They can not be in the U.S
