In the current business environment globalization has led to organizations to hire foreign citizens and even to operate in foreign nations to help in expansion of the businesses. However, there are requirements for a foreign citizen to work in the stated country which are stated in the labor laws. One of the requirements for such is for the individual to have a visa that will help him to be allowed in the company that hew hired.
