She expressed that she felt as though she would be in hell if she didn’t meet him. Her life would have no meaning to it she wouldn’t be educated, and she probably would have had several children living on the streets. Regardless, she couldn’t contribute to society. From her experience she learned a skill of being obedient. If she had never emigrated her children live experiences would have been very different in many ways. First her children wouldn’t be able to attend school nor go to the greatest of schools. Secondly, her children would be selling either gum or bread on the street corner to make ends meet.
