Most everyone in life lies at some point lying is an action that usually takes place under pressure or fear. While Immanuel Kant may say that lying is never permissible, he is not considering the various circumstances people face in life. Lying is sometimes required in life to make life easier and to avoid hurting others.
For example, sometimes lying makes life easier. For example, A mom from Quincy, Illinois lies to her toddler about cartoons to avoid confrontation, According to Campbell, it is easier to lie than, to tell the truth (para 4-5). This shows how lying is used to make parenting easier. This also shows how lying is sometimes justified. Lying makes life easier as it allows for problems to be avoided. Also, by lying sometimes
