SES conducted a clinical coordination with CM RC Kaitlyn Clifford, in support of CM vocational programs for Iman Serkin. RC stated to SES that Iman continues to work feverishly towards both her independent living and searching for employment. RC stated to SES that she that her work with Iman in the area of scheduling and appointments has begun to return dividends; as Iman is now quite proactive with meeting and notifying CM staff of changes; which plague her progress in the past. SES commented to RC that Iman’s new proactive stance regarding her employment search will add great weight to her overall ability to secure and maintain employment moving forward. SES also opined that Iman should look to engage in some sort of activity to help
