Improvement Action Plan

Recruitment In House Currently an external recruitment agency is responsible for recruitment and selection of new employees, this method of outsourcing is proving problematic as many candidates do not have suitable qualifications and experience for the job role they are carrying out and many leave the organisation after a short period however fees are still payable to the external recruitment agency. Some undesirable situations that occur it the workplace are inevitable, for example staffing shortages due to a sickness bug, IT problems due to external factors, or changes in government legislation that prove costly to the business. Other issues such high staff turnover, high levels of customer service complaints and health and safety problems can be minimised by recruiting high calibre employees with a wealth of experience and suitable qualifications.
