An illegal immigrant is a foreigner who comes to the United State without proper paperwork or an immigrant visa. A foreign tourist, a visitor who overstays the period of time, also consider as an illegal immigrant. However in the 16th century, European people were the first to explore to the United States, they saw the United States as an opportunity to start over so many of them came to the United States.
