Illegal Pay Discrimination Case Study

Ms. Julia Kate does have a case for illegal pay discrimination. Based on the concerns she presented in letter to the Director all her concerns should be properly research to reach an outcome that is suitable for Ms. Kate and the Counseling Center. In the letter it was it was mentioned that two male employees where hired at similar salary to that of Ms. Kate without being equally licensed to perform the job functions needed for the job. Ms. Kate also has additional job duties under her position to which she alone possesses the specialized training to perform however she has not been properly compensated for the duties that she performs for the organization.
The new employees starting salaries are much higher and comparable to Ms. Kate’s. It
