They break the rules and show no respect for the laws or system of the United States. At the beginning, they do not have the permission to stay in the United States legally, so basically they got in here illegally, which means they break the rules which are not supposed to be happening in the first place. Plus, some of them come to the States for a short period of time. Then, they do not leave; they just stay even if the visa is expired and this is difficult to control. A smaller number of illegal immigrants entered the United States legally using the Border Crossing Card and when they got here they stay. They used this way to get into the States illegally. This kind of violation of the law is difficult to trace, because this card is also for non-immigrants so, there will a problem for data on how many people among non-immigrants are illegal immigrants.
In my opinion, I think the issue of illegal immigration has cons and pros. But, these do not give them the right to live in any country in the world without the need of them or having reasons that make them leave their homes. These things will harm and change American society in different
