However, it is important to begin the reform that will start to bring down the growing numbers. Allowing the federal programs to do all they can with state and local cooperation is very important. It may also become necessary to allow state governments to have a little more authority to attempt to put an end to the illegal aliens within their own borders. Both money and resources are a necessity to help make a dent in the growing illegal aliens populations. Stopping them at the borders is the first step and will be critical if we want to begin to control the onslaught.
