Ways To Prevent Illegal Immigration

For decades, our American borders have been under assault. For numerous diverse reasons, America has an extremely high immigration rate. Unfortunately, that means our country is also experiencing very high illegal immigration rates. The flow of people into our country has begun to reach serious levels. Our border states, specifically along the southern border, have struggled with controlling the overflow of illegal immigrants. With this upsurge of undocumented peoples, our country is being greatly affected. We need to find a means of slowing down and hopefully ending the illegal immigration before the effects become irreversible. However, it is important to begin the reform that will start to bring down the growing numbers. Allowing the federal programs to do all they can with state and local cooperation is very important. It may also become necessary to allow state governments to have a little more authority to attempt to put an end to the illegal aliens within their own borders. Both money and resources are a necessity to help make a dent in the growing illegal aliens populations. Stopping them at the borders is the first step and will be critical if we want to begin to control the onslaught. As a United States, we need to address the problem and undertake feasible solutions to end the backlash caused by the ever growing illegal
