After World War III, the United States was in ruins, and from the ashes a new country arises, Igualdad. Not every society is perfect and can please everyone, but the United States of America is corrupt and unjust. Even tough new laws were passed to insure equal pay for al races and genders, women and African Americans sill receive lower pay in some cases. The set few of the new country of Igualdad strive for equality and fairness. Igualdad 's education system consists of an early childhood development stage, where the children stay from ages 3-5. Starting the children out at an early age ensures the children to have an open mind from an early age. On NCEE, it says Poland 's next stage of education is a Primary school followed by an exit exam. If the children pass, they move on to lower secondary school, followed by another exam, moving them to Senior secondary school, tech. school, or vocational school. For one to three years, the now young adults move to post secondary school or sub. secondary school. Following that, the adults move to college, to pursue a degree. All these years of schooling ensure that the children know what they want to do by the time they get to adulthood and college, and so they have the information they need to succeed in the society. When you have both types, anything your insurance from work does not cover, your private insurance will. The article states " The majority of medical bills are payed for by the government (funds from payroll and income tax) and the remainder is footed by the individuals supplemental private insurance."(Adams). So, whatever the government does not pay, the private insurance of the individual always does. With this system, there are no out of pocket medical costs, making this the best system for Igualdad.
In Igualdad, the belief is equality, justness, and fairness. The rulers of the country, the judges, strive to keep this country a safe and happy environment, which means when someone or something endangers the peace, the judges step in to decide the fates of the lawbreakers. HG states that a jury trial, one with more than one deciding party, is better than a bench trial, one with just one ruling party. So, the judgment of a group bring a wider mindset instead of one single mind. one judge may catch something another did
