Ignore the guy, get the guy, By Leslie Braswell, a book used as a survival guide for women who has currently experienced a break up. The main idea for this book is for women to enhance the “No contact rule”, a rule that avoids any contact with your Ex Husband or boyfriend also known as “Mr. Ex” in this book. I believe that this information could be useful to many women who has recently experienced a tough break up. This book teaches you to enable the no contact rule. The no contact rule is about not having communication with your ex after a tough breakup. Not only does this book tell you to avoid your ex, but it also teaches you how to keep calm and become an improved woman with power.
In the book they quote Sherry Argov, “Men don’t respond to words, they respond to no contact?” This quote represents that it is time for women to show their power by not saying a word. Silence is the key to demonstrate a man after a break up that we still have self-control and is able to function as well as with or without them. By having no contact, Braswell suggests not to text, call, or meet up with Mr. Ex. If this is done, then Mr. Ex will assume that you are vulnerable and that you need him to function.
