CM received a phone call from Jennifer Hayes (FSO partner) regarding Lucas’s (youth) IEP meeting that took place today, 9/21. FSO partner noted caregiver emailed her inviting her to the IEP meeting. CM reported caregiver did not inform CM of the IEP meeting. FSO partner stated the meeting went well and youth is well in school. FSO noted the only concern is the youth behaviors in the home.

CM spoke to Mrs. Sy (caregiver) regarding youth’s IEP meeting. CM noted CM was unaware of Lucas’s IEP meeting and did not receive her invitation via email. Caregiver reported she will email CM a recap of the meeting. CM received Lucas’s Physical therapy, occupational therapy, developmental and speech assessment via email from caregiver. CM
