Mrs.. Besser Draven does a good job of attempting to share information. He unintentionally will leave pieces out of a story when he is relaying information. These omissions are not done purposefully, but he may forget the information or may not view it as important.

Strengths

For Draven to retain the information it must be related to something he has prior knowledge. Draven learns best if he has knowledge of the application of the material in a variety of settings.

Mrs. Besser Discussed how Draven works in the class. He follows the steps to completed to do pre-vocational tasks- such as marking things off when they are completed on a sheet, or he will ask for help rather than waiting for someone to ask him why he is not working.

Currently they are working on money skills. He can use his debit card. He carries a wallet always. They are working on Draven’s ability to identify and read the value of the money. Next step is for Draven to tell what the next dollar is up/down. Draven is unable to on his own combine or subtract coins – unless using a calculator.

Draven is working on his writing. Printing letters are difficult for him but he does a nice job and he enjoys working on his penmanship.
