Many teens do not realize the fact that it is very hard to multitask, because it is very easy to get side-track. Some kids say that they use their phone to do research in class. According to Weber, “Parents who wanted to keep in touch just kept replacing confiscated phones with new ones.” Parents only look at the fact that their child may need to call them in case of an emergency at school. Students feel that they need to call their parent when something bad happens or if they are about to get in trouble. Students feel as if their parents can save them from the trouble. Students can use their phone to record their teacher teaching a lesson so that they will have something to look back on just in case they forget the lesson before an exam or test. Cell phones in the classroom can help students find answers to questions when the teacher give kids the opportunity to use
