At his most recent school named Pencey, there was a football game going on which was a major occasion because it was the last game of the school year. Obviously, Holden was not in attendance, but instead, he was on a hill where “You could see the whole field from there, and you could see the two teams bashing each other all over the place” (2). However, the teenagers on Kwajalein would certainly make an appearance at such an event like this. Not only would they go, but most would be cooperating in the game. The youths on Kwajalein are very energetic and enjoy using their energy to participate in athletic activities.
