Identities In Transcript A Are Emoticons

The next feature which I can identify in transcript A are emoticons. Although emoticons only appear in transcript A, there are places in transcript B where an emoticon would of come into use. An example of an emoticon used is the crying with laughter emoticon, the use of the feature shows that the conversation is an informal one and also shows there is a friendship between myself and Kay. In transcript B, I write the comment 'excuse me Alison! Have you not seen my post below about your order? I get it's your anniversary but make a frigging choice!' if our friendship wasn't as close as it is, the comment could of beeen seen as very rude. However, the comment is sarcastic and Alison knows this but for someone who didn't understand my sarcasm
