There is a large variety of people you can spot driving behind the wheel. In fact, there is no driving personality quite the same as another, but all drivers have certain characteristics that helps determine how they are labeled. Every driver is different; however, there are three categories that they can be grouped into: the overly cautious driver, the normal driver, and the reckless driver. The overly cautious driver is the first category of vehicle operators and they are known to move extremely slow, go above and beyond to obey all laws, and enjoy the silence. Overly cautious drivers are the easiest to spot on the road because they are always the ones being left behind. The reckless driver can easily be spotted because they are the individuals who “thread the needle,” and weave between cars just to get ahead of others. These drivers have a great way of getting under others’ skin because of their need for speed. The people who fall into this category couldn’t care less about focusing on their driving. Instead of concentrating on the road, they often use their cell phone, eat, and sing to tremendously loud music. Reckless drivers are usually the culprits of fender benders due to their lack of focus. Thoughtless motorists have no respect for the other cars on the road. Tailgating other cars when they are already exceeding the speed limit is an example of an action made by rude and reckless drivers. Drivers in this category have no respect for their passengers, or they would refrain from speeding and using their cell phone while operating their vehicle.
