If a category 5 hurricane was heading towards land and a person doesn't know what they need to do, here are some of the necessities. They would need to have some supplies to prepare for the worst. Some things a person should have is extra supplies such as food, water, batteries, etc. Another action you may also take is to board up your home with shutters, wood, or anything that would protect your windows from breaking. And a person would want to have a generator, in case the power goes out. As previously said, a person would need to have extra supplies such as food, water, batteries, gas, and even medical supplies. Wikihow stated “ You will want to ensure that it is accessible, supplied with water and other essentials, and will be moderately comfortable for occupants”.
