1. Introduction
E-courier is a courier company based in United Kingdom which provides tracking feature. They provide same day delivery courier services. The courier can be tracked at the very stage it has been pick up till the time it is delivered. The company was founded by Tom Allason and Jay Bregman in the year 2003.
E-courier not only delivers couriers, but also delivers it within the time quoted with reliability and all above transparency.

The application of information technology in the business helps to attain the goal. Example, instant messages servers, email conformation and GPS system. Tom Allanson, CEO ecourier adopted the business intelligence that keeps recording the courier on real time basis. Orders that made from customers can be communicated electronically with the help of GPS enabled features.
Ecourier books the job 95% online so the company competes the rival companies in the market as they follow the phone dispatching service and could not be able to track the courier.
Ecourier now using ‘SeeWhy’ software to retrieve the previous details of the customers, history of bookings made by them. The information is sorted and saved in SeeWhy. This software is giving the software tool to the decision making process i.e. preferred location, vehicle type that are using and the type of courier.

SPSS dimensions survey is used for surveying the satisfaction level of the customers as most of the customers are not satisfied and were leaving it at the maximum of 12-14
