I will discuss the literature reviews, the case studies, and definitions of the e-governance and how the model is working successfully in other parts of the world.
In the background, we will also discuss the e-governance context of Angola as well, so that the reader can get the idea of the need of the e-governance and how it could work in that particular region.
Chapter 3: This chapter is based on the analysis and design of the project. I will discuss the case studies of successful models around the world in the context of the implementation in Angola administration. I will also describe the design of the research and the evaluation of the research approach that I have adopted in this project.
Chapter 4: This chapter is based on the implementation of the design discussed in chapter 3. This section will evaluate the data and the inferences collected through analysis of the context of the project. This chapter will be focused on the interviews and the surveys conducted with staff of the government in Angola through the developed questionnaire.
