The ichthys or ichthus from the Greek ikhthýs (ἰχθύς, "fish") is a symbol containing of two interconnecting arcs that looks a lot like a fish. When I was in kindergarten I used to draw fish like that because it’s easy to draw and every time I see it in a car bumper, necklaces, or in a painting I remember. But the ichthys has a deeper meaning it was adopted as a Christian symbol and now is known as the sign of the fish or the Jesus fish.
