Alaska has an interesting history with fishing, from even before it became a state, when it was acquired by the United States from Russia in 1867 (Naske 1994). 3D Printing & Kayak Fishing Kayak fishing and 3D printing might sound like two polar opposite hobbies, but forum member “hotbrass” found a way to combine his love for both. In an effort to make his time on the water more enjoyable he has been using his 3D printer to create kayak fishing accessories. According to hotbrass, he’s made everything from lures and camera mounts to skid plates, GoPro protectors, dropshop keepers, fish finder screen protectors and safety flags and lights. He is especially fond of designing things that he can mount in the tracks of his Wilderness Systems kayak in order to make his accessories more flexible. Hotbrass mentioned to us that he has even started working on a prototype design to make any soft plastic swim with a wide wobble, although it is still a work in progress.…

When I was a kid, I went fishing with my grandfather, but definitely, fishing isn't a sport that raises much adrenaline.... unless you go fishing tuna or sharks... On the other hand, I've always wanted to try skydiving. Have the feeling of fall, and once the parachute opens, plan such as birds. Anyway, sorry, but skydiving doesn't provide the sensation of flying, simply you fall more or less speed... Years ago I practiced paragliding, and here you fly like the birds...…
