This project took me almost 2 days to finish it. I really enjoyed working on this project. Since the compliance date for implementation of ICD-10-CM/PCS was on October 1, 2015, my manager Alicia gave me a list of ICD-9-CM codes I need to convert. Which will help the coders while the r coding.
I was going to use the ICD-10-CM book but I thought this way it will waste my time. So I used a website which is http://www.icd10data.com/ . This website helped working faster and more accurate. What I did is inserting the ICD-9-CM code and in one click I got the ICD-10-CM code. Then I read the description just to make sure that I am converting the right code. The final result was very good. Below is my final project.

Rounding Data When data is gathered and calculated, the final information presented tends to be rounded. On some occasions it may be necessary to round data, especially when rounding non-integer vales to integer values for simplicity and statistical representation. I have won the past three consecutive provincial titles and each of these victories qualified me to compete in the national championships where I became a leader for Team Manitoba.…
