In this editorial, Forbes describes how back in 1998 an investment firm, Joseph Littlejohn & Levy purchased fifteen hospitals and formed Iasis Healthcare (Forbes). Iasis Healthcare headquarters is located in Franklin Tennessee and is overseen by CEO W Carl Whitmer. Iasis has 13,400 employees working in multiple mid-size acute care hospitals, one behavioral hospital and three ambulatory surgery centers throughout the United States (Forbes).

I don’t feel like this source is a creditable source for a compare and contrast research paper. It lacks the key services that the healthcare offers. It also neglects to mention any strengths that the provider may have for the future.
