TACT performed a status check to determine continued need for IVC and inpatient hospitalization. Patient presents today with appropriate appearance, minimal eye contact, appropriate speech, appropriate affect, minimal anxiety, irrelevant/tangential thoughts, poor judgment, poor impulse control, poor insight, oriented x4, decreased concentration, decreased sleep, and poor appetite. Patient still endorses suicidal ideation with a plan to overdose on ADHD medication. At this time, TACT will continue to search for appropriate placement. Dr. Larocca has reviewed recommendations and agrees.
