Boots against ISIS In this day and age where war is becoming almost a customary event between nations and their different beliefs a rising threat in the Middle East, come to known as ISIS is a very real and intense subject matter today in our government. I believe as a citizen in the U.S. who is enlisted with the U.S.M.C. in the armed forces that we should take every possible military action against these people who have no regard for human life, if that life does not support their ideals. We cannot sit idly by and watch as people from several different countries have been attacked by this organization in brutal murders including even primitive beheadings. Action against them is the only option we have left to utilize as diplomatic negotiation

(Cronin 88) After these recent gains ISIS has had a flock of members join them from 80 countries at a rate of nearly 1,000 per month. (Cronin 90) In America, we have seen an increase in our federal agencies since the September 11th attacks on the world trade towers, nearly 263 new agencies have been sparked including Homeland Security and more. (Cronin 91) This structure of new agencies combats terrorism well, but needs to be placed into a different sense of action to deal with the ISIS threat. (Cronin 92) Unlike our previous strategies ISIS does not operate out of rural areas where drone strikes and raids can prevail, ISIS’ leaders have become integrated into dense urban populous’ increasing the risk of accidental civilian harm. (Cronin 88) Even if the U.S. were to attack the leaders of this organization they would not be crippled as they operate with a complex administrative structure. (Cronin 93) Coming together on a decision to make a move on ISIS is something that is steadily becoming harder to do which is precisely why swift and accurate 3execution of a military force is our country’s best
