Social Services Meeting: On 10/27/2016, client Jessica Skipper met with assigned Case Manager for the family ILP Document Review. Client next ILP Document Review will be on 11/10/2016. Case Manager reminded client that attending meetings is essential for securing permanent housing. Case Manager reminded client that during Intake she was explained that she is expected to meet with assigned Case Manager bi-weekly and that she is expected to attend. Case Manager also explained to client that if she failed to attend schedule meetings it would be considered non-compliance and a warning will be issue. Client stated that she understands. Case Manager explained to client that now that during the time period that her child in school, she used that time to start searching for employment. Case Manager reminded client that during intake she was informed that she is expected to seek employment and submit proof of employment search on a weekly basis. Case Manager explained to client that on her next ILP she is expected to submit proof of employment search. Client agreed and stated that she understands. Case Manager also provided client with jobs link. Client will be referred to Dress for Success for work attire. Client agreed. Client submitted a copy of her resume for her files.
