The speaker also attempts to warn you that the longer you keep it unchecked and befriend it, the more pain it will inflict on to you and others. Easy to Comprehend, I found citations, the mechanics of style and grammar usage easy to comprehend even though I made an error of the question regarding quotes on the quiz. I was confused with APA standard 4:07 that states to “to set off the title of an article or chapter in a periodical or book when the title is mentioned in the text,” (APA, 2010. P.91). The rules for the mechanics of stlye are aligned to what I learned in my high school English classes, although APA rule 4.19 Names of Conditions or Groups in an expieriment was rather new to me, in that I haven’t run across this rule before.…

After studying the song “Hallelujah,” by the band Panic! The song “Hallelujah” kicks off with a small intro then plunges straight into the chorus. The first few lines of the chorus are “All you sinners stand up sing hallelujah.…

In “Morning in the Burned House,” Margaret Atwood suggests that when recalling the past there is a tendency for a person to desire dwelling in the past instead of living in the present, therefore there must be a destructive force in order to reinforce reality and continue progress. The author of the poem carefully chose the title as it reveals a lot about the entire meaning of the poem. Atwood used words such as morning, burned, and house in the title. Morning might be a connotation of a new beginning or a symbol of hope, but it is the opposite of its homonym, “mourning,” which is usually attached to grief or sorrow.…
