Other experiences that motivated me to pursue medicine include a time when my dad became violent and hurt me physically and destroyed my things. He took my things like stereo and other electronic devices and threw it in the pool and set bizarre rules like I can’t come in the house after 9PM and took a sledgehammer to the walls and made big holes in the walls and physically pushed me hard off a chair and I flew into the closet.Other incidents when cops were called and I wanted to get away from my dad. The officers said that they couldn't do much but I could voluntarily put myself in a mental hospital for a few days.
