What I have to offer a team is my loyalty, my devotion to the job I have to do, my respectfulness to all my team members, and the willingness to stay and see the job through. My career aspirations are to someday open my own assisted living facility for low income and indigent families. I chose this because I have worked in several nursing homes and they were all they same when it came down to the bottom line of money, pay up or get out! I have witnessed a family struggling to pay for their loved one to be in a safe place where they could be supervised and cared for around the clock but had to take them home with them because they could not afford the fees. That family ended up in a much worse position by taking home their loved one because
