After pursuing my Baccalaureate degree, my mind is broadened and has opened the my door to go to the next step. In five years, I envision myself in a leading position in the education department at my hospital. My next step is to earn the Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree. The health care is continuously becoming complex, as well as the patient needs. In order to provide high-quality patient-centered care I need to keep my knowledge updated with continuing education. Since I am an Acute Rehab Nurse, I continuously teach the patients and their family members on a daily basis. My current job requires me to complete the mandatory courses every year, in order to keep my knowledge updated and keep myself competent for the position. I
