Why do you want to be a physician assistant?” I have been asked this question so many times that I can almost tell when someone is about to ask me that before they do. Through deep reflection, volunteering at clinics and hospitals, shadowing doctors, and leadership experiences and seminars in college, the thought of dedicating my life towards saving others provides me with prodigious satisfaction and convinces me that my life’s efforts have created a huge positive impact in the world. Becoming a physician assistant was not a decision I made at the drop of a hat, instead it’s a summation of signs and events and a culmination of self-realization and a life-long dream. I am ready and willing to continue to devote myself towards achieving this
