When the moment arises and its important, we are able to stop everything and take advantage of that teaching, regardless of what is going on. Interviewee: Well, we don’t have an ethic class, but with the Quaker values, is where we start with that, the kind of ethical system that we teach under. I always try to, in my class and lessons to use in school and use the Quaker tenements as a backbone to what I do and if I can work it in. I think, morality and ethics is every single day, because of the relationship and the environment, we are almost teacher and psychologists somedays. It’s just the kids telling and asking us to help with this and help with that.
So, you have the opportunity to teach morality and ethics on a daily basis, because you are almost like a high school student with them, so you can teach them at all kind of moments, how to handle situations. It can be a lot of pressure, especially some teachers that we have are come and go, when class starts and when class ends. That is fine and other ones have a bigger relationship with the kids, so that is more pressure because they are going to come to you with more
