While in college I want to maintain time for myself and friends to do things, such as, a movie, bowling or just hanging out to get some coffee. I know that it is very essential to keep your life upbeat and to have free time to do the things you love and enjoy and be with the people you love and enjoy spending time with. Even though finishing school is my main goal, I should still have fun so that school doesn’t wear me down. It can be draining, so I want to be sure to keep time to do the things I like. It is also possible to tie these things in with school, considering all of the activities that IUPUC has on campus. I want to be sure to attend many of those things too; this is a great way to make friends also. Being social is proven to be helpful to a person’s life because when we are around others and or talking to people we feel more involved and happy. I love getting things done; it is just getting myself started that takes me time. I have to keep myself working or I will move on to something else that is not as important. My talents are not so different but I love talking, being active and I feel I am really good with all ages of people. I enjoy finding something they can relate to me with and getting them to speak with me to make them feel better. A lot of the time I find myself always wanting to stop people who seem to be in a bad mood and do everything I can in my power to cheer them up. I feel that is a talent because that will be most needed when I become a teacher. To conclude, all of which I have covered will impact my ability to reach my educational and career goals. If I stay on track, as I would like to and am sure I will, I will be able to finish college with good grades and become a teacher, which is my career choice of course. I hope to become the best teacher I can be and change lives through elementary school, which can be thought of as one of the most influential times of our lives. I want to make a difference in children’s
