For the most part, I have more sensing characteristics than intuitive. I am very detailed and factual oriented. I need to know the facts and the numbers to make an informed decision. Also, I am very practical and realistic which is opposite of the intuitive mature. However, in aligning with my intuitive characteristics and opposite of my extravert nature, I tend to focus more on the future than present scenarios and deadlines. The reason behind this, I believe, is that present deadlines had already been met as I had already completed the tasks or assignments required and moved toward future assignments.
Thinking
I only scored 12% in the thinking category trait. This score is indicative of several aspects that mirror my personality and work style. In making decisions, everything is based around factual data. I need concrete data and not abstract ideas to formulate a plan or make a decision. In an example in the workplace is when I have to make the decision to hire or terminate an employee. All the facts need to be presented which include past employment history, background check, credit history, etc. This characteristic could also explain why I am so great in history trivia!!

I am a person who will not let things go until the problem has been rectified. I have a tenacious nature to resolve any issue. The second part of my temperament is the “Fieldmarshall” status. There is always a contingency plan in place. As a manager, I need to make sure that I have a plan A and a plan B in place to circumvent anything that may go awry. I firmly believe that my employees look at me to provide structure and direction to help them complete their tasks and keep them on

Assessment one “My Basic Personality” showed that I was indeed an ENTJ. Those of the ENTJ personality type are born leaders. They can become frustrated and impatient when things don’t unfold according to their expected plan or time frame, evoking notions of the “Type-A” personality (Drenth, n.d.). Assessment two “Ambiguity” showed me something new about myself. Having intolerance of ambiguity means that you tend to perceive situations as threatening rather than promising (Robbins, 2008).…

I will scrutinize my results no matter how freighting analyzing oneself can be to develop my best self. I am a 41-year-old African-American woman, with many other adjectives that can fill every…
