The event was successful to a certain extent however there it is been predicted that some coffee was not as good as said but all of the orders were fulfilled and most customer was happy about the serving. Feedback sheets were made but minimum people sat down at the table, so no feedback were able to be recorded. As a kitchen hand I expected the worse which was by judging how the crews behaved on the planning phase was lack trust and work, however it was not as bad as expected where I cleaned milk jug and along helped with the milkshake as a side. I have done my job to the best I could where the baristas need to focused of the quality of the coffee and organization skills, which would strongly effect the outcome of event. I can see myself working in a café as a part time job, which keeps u focused due to the amount of customers and the job that required you to do as a non-baristas at the café is not hard. In the end Café Industry is a fast paced workplace and always requires people to get to work without
