I hate reunions.
To start with, you see/ meet people you will probably never talk to again. I get that it was nice for the older generations of my family, but for me is was just going to be ehhh. I was going to have to sit in a room with old people that I'm almost forced to say hello to, and, then what? I'm not really the type to strike up a conversation with an adult I barely knew. The people I would've wanted to talk we were going to be busy. The whole thing seemed like one big awkward party, in my opinion. On the bright side, I knew a lot of food would be there.

Now, the reason I missed school Friday was because of this so called reunion. I knew my cousin Isabel would be in town and she was going to watch my younger cousin Brooklyn. I was also aware that my family was going to be running around like crazy, and I wanted to be apart of it. You know, to help out of course. Well, now it was Friday night and we met up at the New Berlin hotel they were all staying in. It was right next to The Ridge. (A movie theatre.) Of course though we got lost meaning that I had to go through this dumb round about four times. Round abouts make me want to puke, because of how much I despise them. If I puked, I'd end up puking again because of how much I am scared of puke. Anyway, the twenty of us piled into Applebee's for dinner. Everybody was at one …show more content…
I was thinking the reunion would be well, no fun. Not that I'm a Debby Downer or anything. The starting time was around 12 and I had been there at 9. My mom mosed in around 11:30 ish. We took BK to go pick up my step dad since he had been back at the house. By the time we arrived at my Auntie Jenny's it was drizzling. We tried to play baseball but it sucked. So we ate food and played a little. Later it had started getting nicer out so we tried again. A lot of people wanted to play and it became really
