Sometimes decisions can either make everything better for you or ruin you. You have to decide carefully and take into account the consequences. These decisions can lead to hating someone. Vera’s personality is what Dolores would describe it as is bitchy. Vera, to be fair, was way too strict on her employees which lead to them quitting and hating her for it. Every boss has their ticks, but it’s not something to hate them for and Dolores learned that when Vera died. Having a dislike for someone because who they are frustrates you is justifiable, but doesn’t warrant hate. Even though Dolores learned to like Vera and maybe even love her she expresses her frustrations with Vera well. “She had three ways of being a bitch.
