I think everyone knows at least one person, who is unhappy at their jobs. It discuss that these talents are what defines us as people and by developing these talents into strengths(Clifton,Edward, & Schreiner,2006). Which we are given the ability to fulfill our greatest potential as an individual. This is very important to companies in a competitive market. People that have gotten training and education that use strength based programs tend to get jobs that fulfill their potential.*
I believe that a happy or fulfilled employee is also a prideful employee. Pride in an employee is very important to productivity and the well being of a the company. This can lead employee to taking ownership of their work and to seek out training that can help them excel at their job.
I feel that it’s important to be happy with what jobs you’re doing and to take pride in it. Working in a bad job can be both emotional and physical draining on someone’s well being(Harrington,2012). That’s why I feel that strength based programs at companies, public schools, and colleges is very important.
