In my opinion I don 't think you can. The reason for this because I was hit at home with the reality. By this I mean my father was diagnosed with cancer.He exercised day in and out, stayed a healthy weight and ate the healthiest. Finding out was such a shock because my dad really did everything like Cancer.org reccommed to do. However he still managed to obtain cancer. I feel like you can try all you want to not get the unfortunate disease but if the disease wants you then it wants you . You can 't stop it from coming, all you can really do is just lower the
