I Am Watching Tv From 28 Hours A Week Essay
1. In the first month, I will cut down to 24 hours a week
2. By the second month, I will cut down to 22 hours a week
3. By the third month, I will cut down to 18 hours a week.
In order to make sure that I stay successful in achieving my goal, I need to make sure that I reinforce myself when I reach these milestones. I need to find some contingent reinforcers for when I reach these milestones. Which means that they are reinforcers that I will only receive when I reach those goals. If I don’t reach the milestones I will not receive the reinforcers. The first milestone is to cut down to 24 hours a week. I still have to plan a reinforcement because I already reached this milestone. I am going set aside a me day. A day that I can do whatever I want. I can sleep in and not worry. I will be able to spend most of the day doing whatever I want. This Saturday will be that day. I am going to move any assignment or appointments that I have that day and have a me day. I will sleep in. Then I will go to the park that I love to go to and allow myself to spend some time reading and meditating. Then I will walk to campus and see if the dance studio is open.
