I Am Grateful For ___

Hi, I am Jaden Mann, and in the following writing piece, I will be talking about the things I am grateful for. I hope this changes your point of view concerning gratitude.

Who are some friends you are grateful for?

Derek - Derek and I met at Acton Academy. We are kind of like opposites, we share roughly the same beliefs, but our personalities are a bit different. He is more serious at times when I am less so, his reactions to minor things are bigger than mine.

Ian - Ian is a very sensible person. He uses logic in every decision he makes(or almost every). Ian also loves soccer and plays often.

Ridge - Ridge loves sports, he is a very hard worker and doesn’t give up. Ridge’s favorite sport is soccer.

Tate - Tate is a unique person, he is very creative and loves to play games. Tate is a very determined person and does not give up easily.

Gavin Mcfarland - I met Gavin because we go to the same rock climbing class, he has a strong sense of humor and he is always willing to try new things. He is very easygoing and loves to climb.

Why are you thankful for your family?

I am thankful for my family because they are supportive, kind and helpful when I need it. I am thankful for my family for always loving me, I don’t think I would have made it through some of the harder times without them.

I would not have had the same rock climbing experience without her. When ever I fell off of the wall, she would encourage me and give me advice. Unlike other coaches, she does not yell very often and helps whenever it is needed. She always pushed me to my limits, and I am grateful for that. I think that a lot of what I learned about work ethic was from her. She also taught me to take breaks when needed, especially in physical exercise, because there is a time when you need to take a break and

For the role of Eunice, I chose Coach Bieste from “Glee.” One of the main similarities I see between the two is that they both take the physical abuse from their significant others. In one scene, Steve and Eunice get into an argument and Stanley abuses her. After Steve realizes what he did, he begs for forgiveness from Eunice and she just forgives him just like that, despite the pain he had caused her. In Coach Bieste’s situation, she is in an abusive relationship and yet she decides not to let anyone know about it, She keeps it to herself and yet she still loves her husband.…
