Bobby Lefebre, “I am social worker” Being a social worker is always misunderstood by many people some think it is all about the money but others wonders why he/she is doing this. However social workers are responsible for helping individuals, families, and communities cope with problem and strategies to improve their lives. Social work is that kind of job that requires a great deal of overtime, and separating the emotional aspects of the job from the duties required great skills. Because of the complexity of the job social workers must be an active listener, verse with social perspective, be critical thinker, and judgmental.
