Introduction
When you walk in to “unknown territory”, with the aim to perform, goal setting is incredible important and useful. It first and foremost creates clarity of what I want to achieve, but it also allows me to explore different perspectives of how I best can achieve this goal. My goals for CP to have been as following:

- I am building a practice of 20 public practice members by the 23.Desember.2016, through referrals and health talks.

- I am motivating my patients by providing information and results, which empowers them to choose a healthier lifestyle, which includes chiropractic.

In this essay I will discuss why these goals are important to me. I will discuss weather or not I did achieve the goals. Additionally, I will explore and reflect over what I did do well, and what could have been done differently.

This has probably been one of my biggest challenges in achieving my goal. I come from a sporting background where I spent 90 % of the time working for my self. What this means is that I am good at motivating my self and reflect over my own development. The limiting side of it is that I sometimes “block” supporters out that could have helped me see things from a different perspective. Over this period I have learned, especially through the coaching program, that a different perspective can serve even the best of the best. I also can see how my mindset may have limited those around me. Because I haven’t asked for support around me, I have ended up as a “lonely wolf” and I might have had information that would have been good for others to hear as well. I am starting to open my eyes and asking for more support around me, and I guess to some degree that the coaching program have been a form of support. I have also opened more up to mentors over the last 4-5 weeks, which have benefited
