When I was a teenager, I wanted to become a Registered Nurse. I am currently a Certified Medical Assistant. I have only had the opportunity to work in intern medicine. For the past ten years, I have worked in doctors’ offices and clinics in the Baltimore area. I am extremely motivated to become a RN because I had told my parents that I would work in a hospital as a nurse someday. The procedure is time consuming, but the more I practice the better and more efficient I will become at the sterile procedure, thus making it less exhausting and ingraining it in to my muscle memory so it will become second nature for me to perform it. Because many procedures in nursing have to be very exact, there is little room for error. Therefore, I view any feedback that I get as constructive and will use it to advance my understanding and abilities. In the future, I can utilize this strategy along with my skills in order to improve my career as a professional
