As a kid, I was always fascinated by science. My favorites were the study of Psychology and Forensics. Science was about finding out the mysteries of the world, and maybe that’s why I loved Science, because I loved mysteries as well. The suspense, the critical thinking, the thrill, all fun and games to me, but the best part of it all, is winning these games, solving the mysteries. Sadly had to go back the next day. I see Darien walking down the road as I waited at the bus stop to go to work, but for some odd reason, I stood up the bench and walked over to her, picking up the pace little by little as my heart began to race. I wondered to myself on what I was doing. I wasn’t thinking. As I reached her, she smiled, which made me smile. I began talking to her and she was just comfortable talking to me, like we weren’t strangers a few seconds ago. I did that everyday, walked her home and made in it time to get to the bus stop and take my bus to work. Soon enough I questioned the idea of her. The mystery of who she was and why she was so comfortable with me was killing me. How can someone stand being near me this long? That what I see as red, you could see as a blue, and someone else could see as purple. Sometimes I see the whole theory in a bigger perspective, what if it were like that for every sense? It would explain why we each have different favorites. Different colors and smells we’re fascinated with. I, personally hate soda, the bubbles feel weird on my tongue, but other people around me say that they love soda, how can that be possible if it’s the same drink? It’s like color theory. Yes, the soda we drink is the same, but each person registers it differently. Maybe people love taste of what I know as acid when you take a sip from a coke
