I Am Alive Leadership Traits

In the movie “I am alive” the flight 571 crashed in the Andes mountains stranding a college rugby team in the harsh cold weather. Out of the 40 passengers only 16 survived 72 days through subzero temperatures. These survivors showed us that nothing is impossible with pure determination. Throughout the movie the survivors showed many leadership traits that eventually led them to being rescued.

The first trait demonstrated by the survivors is endurance. Endurance is having mental and physical stamina. The survivors demonstrated this by not giving up hope when there friends and family were dead and the rescuers gave up their searches. One way I can apply this to my life is when times are tough I can endure through them.
